"Hiring him was a breeze, his assistant was extremely helpful and efficient. Alex got to our new home before we even got there and started inspecting. He was thorough, polite and so informative. We are so thankful he was able to go out there the very next day. We got all the paperwork needed the next morning and now we are on our way to the last few steps of our home buying! So thankful for his work!"
"very detailed and informed me of findings. great person to work with and will recommend."
"Thank you brother, greatly appreciate your service and help. Highly recommend, God Bless."
"Alex conducted the real estate inspection of the home we are buying. He is very approachable and informative. He talked to us throughout his inspection and offered to answer any questions afterwards."
"Alex was amazing. He was very knowledgeable and informative. He made the whole experience comfortable and I would definitely hire him again for all my future inspection needs."
"He did an excellent job. Extremely friendly and seemed honest. I felt like he truly cared about me and my family and making sure our home was safe.
"They were very friendly, knowledgeable, they were on time and did a wonderful job inspecting the house."
"Very complete and thorough inspection, after meeting with Alex and having him explain in detail everything he saw I felt confident that there would be no surprises in our home purchase. I would recommend his services to anyone buying a home in the San Antonio area."
We hired Alex and Joseph to inspect our new home before purchasing it. They were
easy to get a hold of and very friendly and professional. They were willing to inspect the very next day if needed, unlike other inspectors we were referred to that were booked for 5-6 days. They were very informative during the inspection process and let us know anything we could have possibly needed to know. I will definitely use them again and recommend them to anyone I know buying a house. My Husband Tyler got a bee in his bonnet about the floor being slanted slightly so, he just had it inspected by a structural engineer and she concluded that it has been settling very well, much better than a lot of the houses she has checked of the same age, and it is completely sound, and the unevenness is most likely from the original pouring of the concrete. Exactly what you guys concluded was the most likely scenario. Plus the renters were there and confirmed that the water damage on the ceiling was from a one-time incident and just needs cosmetic fixes. Just like you said. You guys could be the Sherlock Holmes and Watson of house inspectors. Thanks guys!! Savannah R. Hayden |
